I'm loving your tutorials. Thank you for sharing. I was wondering, I'd like to set up the free shipping discount as explained in the video but I'd also like to charge a small fee for customers wanting to upgrade to Express shipping, but when I do the discount (for Australia), it is making it free for both. Is there any way that I can set up both? Thank you :)

Hey, thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying the tutorials! When creating your discount, underneath the country selection, you’ll see "Shipping rates." There, you need to check the box that says 'Exclude shipping rates over a certain amount'. There add the number of your standard shipping price. So for example, if your standard shipping costs $8, enter $8 here. So any rate above $8 will not be a part of this discount. By setting this up, customers can choose free standard shipping or pay for express shipping at checkout. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let me know :)
