As for heat, I've had my shop for all most 20 years now and still haven't insulated walls. Oops. So I have two small space heaters. If it gets too cold I'll go to the KCWG and use the shop there. As for second tools for the shop. I'd like to have the setup that Mike Farrington has with 2 side by side table saws. I have 1 router table but about 6 or 7 routers. They seem to multiply.

One thing I do every time I go in the shop is I take a piece of cherry over to the tablesaw and I cut it reeeeaaalllly slow so it burns and my shop smells great.

Have you guys ever done a "Mini split how to install?" I think a mini split in my shop would be perfect to take the chill off on those really cold winter days.

Actually yes. Logan did one on installing the two units in his shop. I'll see if we can link them.
