That's such a dumb rule they have, one of my biggest pet peeves is having to pay the price for someone else's deeds. I was in a Walmart the other day trying to return an item and they said that their Walmart no longer accepts returns because of high theft. I was thinking "well that's your problem not mine, why should I have to suffer"

Wow. Just no returns at all? That’s terrible and a good way to loose business.

@RetroRestStop yeah I was instructed to go to another Walmart, literally about 10 minutes away and they accepted my return with no problem. So the original one I went to is considered "high theft" now even though there's another one down the street that's going just fine. So I blame poor management. If the store has a theft problem, maybe they should hire security instead of forcing me to go to another store.

Walmart is straight up trash with customer service, I avoid them as much as I can. You can't even return some items you bought online on their website to my store. They just flat-out won't take them.

@@dogmd7 yeah they've become super lame since covid, they stopped being 24 hours which was like the main reason I went there and they hardly stock their media section now and they're always out of stuff and their online shoppers are always in the way blocking aisles and then act like we're the ones in the way.
