Tips for Pho: the Asian markets tend to have spice packs so you use an entire pack for one recipe so you don’t have to buy the individual spices and keep them on hand.

Hi Becky, If you want to enjoy your tulips for a longer time without them growing in length, take a clean needle and poke a hole in the stem, just under the head of the flower. It stops the growth, and you can enjoy your tulips for a longer time. Cut the bottom part of the stem, so there is a fresh cut so the flower can absorb the water and nutrients if you have those. Don't put them in direct sunlight, and give them after a few days fresh water. You can have those tulips standing for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy! 🌷 Saying "hi" from the Netherlands! 🤗 🇳🇱

I love acre homestead. My family asks me why I like watching your channel so much. I tell them that I wish I could be like you, but if I'm ever like you such as making everything from scratch....then I should probably be committed to the mental ward. I'm more of a box cake type person. But I do wish I was like you, you make me want to cook stuff. I've got my mom turned onto your channel, she likes you too. She's intrigued by how organized you are. Thank you for being you!. Don't change a thing g about you or your channel. Because you are you that's what keeps me watching.

Oh! I did it, Becky! I went to store and saw baskets of Petunias and early veggie plants out! I made a direct beeline for them! I bought 2 baskets of petunias. One Spearmint plant. Onion starts. Chives. Brussel Sprouts. Mixed Onion sets and another onion family that eacapes my mind (not scallions or leeks). I am SO happy! Today i bought a minature multi headed Sunflower, but gave it to my brother! He only has a mini flowerbed at his apartment. Since its blooming already, it will give him a bit of Joy! I happen to have potatoes sprouting, but have to do in buckets or cardboard boxes.. :) And? I bought a new windchime, making 3 around my yard.

Becky, best stain remover for me just spot treat, wet stain with spray bottle of water and rub in a laundry bar. Zote/fels naptha/sunlight all work. Leave sit few minutes and throw in wash. Works well on grease stains too. I keep water bottle and soap handy in laundry room and its very ecomical.

Becky, I live in Florida and this morning I found 3 sugar snap pea pods that have formed.🎉 This is my first time trying and I’m SO proud of them.👏 Thank you SO MUCH for giving me the courage to grow them. I also have a huge bag of Roma tomatoes in my freezer so I can make sauce. I tried cayenne peppers last season and I got no germination. I planted 2 and not only did they germinate but they are growing.🎉🎉🎉 I plan on making hot sauce with them. Yes. Bean sprouts start to wilt and get mushy/slimy quickly. Ask me how I know.🤣😂 When you don’t need a full jar of spices try looking for the brand Badia. They sell spices/herbs in a small package. I buy them in those instances. I make Chinese food once a week. I love going to the Thai market I have down the block from my house. We don’t really eat out (I’m too picky with food) so I make the dishes we like from takeout.😊 I love those glasses but we have wall to wall ceramic tiles in our home so no go. Lol😉 Ooo my cherry tomatoes have been abundant. I’m making bbq ribs for dinner tonight. I already have them out of my pressure cooker. I have 3 wind chimes in my yard. They’re great because we get hurricanes here and I can hear when the wind is picking up. I can’t wait to see what you make. Tfs. Have a wonderful afternoon.🤗

FYI. I have shopped at Costco in the last two cities I have lived in and the days for best shopping are Monday and Tuesdays. In my last Costco I asked the staff member at the entrance and that was her answer. It has also been true at my current Costco.

Id love to see health considerations when shopping and sharing on your homestead channel.....(avocados sprayed with APEEL sold at Costco, GMO veggies, non organic dairy products) As a Mother trying to keep my family healthy and minimizing the toxic load.

@7:40 these smaller cucumbers are all what we can find here in kuwait .. so when i first moved to the US i was so surprised by the “english” type 😂❤ and they are actually somewhat tasteless.. we really do prefer the smaller type with a finer thinner skin and seeds too

Those nesting melanine mixing bowls are one of the best purchases I've ever made. We have a colorful set that we've been using for years. They are perfect for everyday, if you need a potluck bowl, or just as serving bowls for salad.

I use aloe vera juice for digestive issues I have. I had a stomach ulcer and it was extremely beneficial in helping promote healing while I was getting off toxic omeprazole. It increases mucous production that coats your stomach to protect it to allow healing. Highly reccomend!

Sunlight bar soap is excellent stain remover! When we travelled in a jeepin Africa - the red dirt dust coloured my ivory -coloured Tilley hat a bright orange. Every night , I washed my Tilley hat with Sunlight bar soap and it came out perfectly clean !

I use the Mexican bar soap. Either Zote or Lira (the white one) Wet the stained area and rub soap. Even better if you scrub stain on a washboard.

Those crispy jalapeños are CHEF'S KISS. My favorite way to use them are on top of a casserole OR mixed into cheesy scrambled eggs. Absolutely delicious. Also, I'm so happy to see the lightness in you again. I have missed this Becky a great deal. I am hoping you are well.
