Interesting how some stores have the butter and some other dairy items behind doors and some stores are open. I would imagine the doors conserve energy better and we'll see more of that. Touchless door opening would be nice using sensors, with an option to manually open as well.

I haven't really paid attention to this. I would assume the newer stores use the doors. Something I'll try to note in future visits.

Publix prices are higher than Walmart's, but have been holding steady for awhile now. I could see Winn-Dixie closing stores.
