Perhaps when you next try to visit that place that was closed they will have what you are looking for. Part of the pleasure in shopping for these pieces is the hunt. Second had furniture - plus places have a never ending change over in stock available for purchase. Perhaps next time they will have the perfect piece at a price that suites you. Keep up the search and the renovation venture. You are doing great so far.

Hi Lesa & Ted we bought quite a bit furniture from Troc in Limoges went back a number of times to find what we were looking for.

I liked the table she (Melody ) pointed out and that tall dark armoire but it's your budget not ours and makes sense for it to fit what you need. I agree the school desks are cool :) maybe one for your office one day Lesa ;)

Would that small chest of drawers at the 10:11 mark worked for your small space rather than a wardrobe? (I rarely unpack my suitcases when I travel. Too easy to forget and leave something behind.)
