That is really cool!! I may have to get myself one of those chain saws. I also want to compliment you on not making a big deal with your kids about being picky eaters. As someone who has worked with many children (teaching and caring for them) I see many parents get really worked up about eating issues. The best advice I can give is to not talk about it(at the dinner table) and put out at least one thing (maybe some fruit or cut up veggies) that your children will eat. You have to look at what a child eats in an entire day and not just at one meal. Most kids grow out of being picky (not all) so not worth getting worked up about it.

I use it on my porch, deck, driveway, yard and in a little cabin down by the lake I live on. I even use it when we get a light snowfall for my sidewalk. Hope your showings go well and the construction of your new home moves along smoothly! God bless you and your family!

That will come in handy. A few years back I mastered starting & running a full size chainsaw. There are so many things to learn about them! It looks simple only because my husband has operated one since he could hold one. I watch him up in a tree. And he holds the dang chainsaw by one hand & the other pulls the rope. To me its an amazing ability! The last few years we have depened on that chainsaw for many jobs around the farm.. I have discovered by watching my husband the ability to know how to matince your chainsaw is very important. Sharpening them is a art in itself. Every single notch with the blade has to be done with a file. Then you have to do the other side the same way. Even one your size will eventually need To be sharpened. If f it startsl lagging down & you smell wood burning. Your chainsaw needs sharpened. And I heard you say it has oil. Keep that supplied. Find a good Utube vidio on Sharpening chainsaw blade & what size of file you need & you will be set for many years. We have a couple if small ones like that! They really do come in handy. Don't forget to wear regular heavy work gloves & safety eyeglasses. When any heavy wood or log drops it will bounce & kick be cautious! Learned that the hardway! (blackeye). I seen something I had never seen before the other day. The neighbors next door are really unfriendly ppl. They put up fence that barely let's us go out our backdoor. They lived there along while before they decided to get a survey.. we had one, but my hubby just went by the old fence line. And we had set up a little campsite with an old camper. Even had taken off the wheels & axels.. he had also hand leveled a small spot for a little tin shed. The are its in goes straight down & in noway is it usable for anything. I asked them do you plan to build in the ditch. But we moved all the stuff, they swear is interfering with there lives.. there survey changed our side of the land & they got really pissy, good Christian ppl. They claim to be, so far its been oblivious to me! But on the other side of the fence, there is this huge dead tree, it's super tall .And very worrisome when the wind blows. As it is hovering over are mobile home.. and the lean it has on it tells which way it will fall, on its own. Neighbors said they would cut years ago. It worried hubby everyday. So he tells me I'm going to cut the tree. He can't be talked out of things when it's clear it needs to be done & If no one else will do it, he's going to. He's cut wood & cut trees down for a very long time! Did I say he's 65, lots of experience with hard & tasks. Really not much he can't do. But he saysI I gonna cut a big notch on the opposite side of the side I don't want to fall on the fence or our mobile home! Then I'm gonna place a bottle jack in the big notched out place & slowly jack it up until it falls where I expect it to fall! And amazing it did, it landed right where he wanted a inch over either way & it would have hit another tree! It was amazing. It landed between a tree on the ground allready, right between the fork of that tree! Hadn't never seen nothing like. That before, but hubby is always doing things I never seen before. Texted the neighbors & told them if they wanted the wood to come get it. They said he did a good job. But no thank you. Didn't really think they would thank him. But at least they didn't get mad at him for stepping on there land to cut the tree down... This farm was my husband's parents. It took us 30 years to make it to this 10 acre portion. No noticeable fences. But young ppl. Come & quickly put a stop to that. They don't no its God's Land & we are just caretakers of it while we are here on the land. His parents lived on this land for 40 yrs. And be been here about 7 years now. It's not much & we would share it within one to stay a spell.. Have fun with your chainsaw, but always be careful.. ❤️ Sorry I didn't mean to write a book! Lol
