Budgeting for food; buy some non perishables in bulk and buy most food when they on special. Also shop with meals in mind. Some ingredients for day 1 breakfast should be used for day 3 lunch also. Leftovers from dinner 2 should be able to give you lunch day 3 in a wrap or something like that. Thats one way to save. Or only eat when you head starts spinning🤣
