Random thought that could be very helpful: if you plan on having get togethers like this yearly, or if your friend group also has parties throughout the year …. You all buy 1-2 of the foldable tables and chairs and depending on who is throwing the party you pass the tables and chairs along! My boyfriends family does this because we have between 20-30+ people at every get together, birthday, cookout, etc.
