Beautiful island. Kim so cute and adorable with her baby bump and taking pictures behind Tom. The food looks so yummy and 5 star presentation. I have a question for Kim, is coffee ok during pregnancy? I have 1 daughter and because it was my 1st child I was forbidden from alot of things lol even coffee😂

Amazing Palawan.. By the way Kim too much coffee is bad for the baby especially in the first 3,months of pregnancy cause of miscarriage. Just a little bit of advice for you and the baby 💗💗💗
