I've been searching for this kind of info for 2 fn years. Why did it take youtube this long to bring up this vid? I know the vid hasn't been up for two years yet, still a year?! I have been trying to get ahold of hardware and tools like those I saw Ryoya Takashima, using on his peaceful cuisine channel in ...2015? I've searched all over canada (i'm in vancouver, presently) and US for similar items, but Honestly, I think Japan has the best diy stuff. No one has similar items that I could find. Also, Toho Gozilla stuff, is always needed.

I ordered from Tenso, I believe it was 12/01/20 the deliver time said 60 days. It’s a little passed that now and I still haven’t received it. I’m starting to get worried. I did the whole process correctly but once it shipped from their warehouse to the US, I wasn’t able to track it. Mainly because it became a lot harder to operate the translated pages. I don’t even know what to do now. If you have any advice I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.

I would advise reaching out to Tenso directly via email, as all of their customer-facing staff speak English. I had a package that took longer than usual to arrive, and upon reaching out to Tenso, they filed a claim with Japan Mail, and the package arrived shortly after. Two months may sound like a long time, but depending on the type of shipping you chose, it may actually be within the normal shipping time frame given the pandemic.

@@sutoraikumedia7551 first email wasn’t in English but the 2nd one was which was cool and they said that it would actually be 3 months instead of 2 so hopefully by the end of Feb. Also, got a USPS tracking number this time so there still hope. Thanks man. 🙏

@@Jeffreynelius Please let us know how this story ended. (let us hope that it ends OK) . I just signed up to tenso.com yesterday because I want to buy a videogame that only can find in Japan. So I need some people opinion about reliability , shipping fee costs, etc.

@@JustMe-xi3ep I will report back to this comment section, I promise. As of right now I’ve finally gotten a USPS tracking number which is good and somewhat of a timetable. I’m also trying to be understanding of the fact there’s a lot of online ordering going on and COVID slowing things down. Hopefully it ends well, I got you man I’ll let ya know.

Thanks for the guide 😁👍 Do you usually get hit with duties when you use this service?
@arundhir26622 жыл бұрын
Hey there any experience with customs? Have all your parcles been hit with charges? Every time I've gone with JP Post/EMS in the past, which ends up being XpressPost here in Canada, I do not get hit with any charges. Of course this is not an option at present and "Buyee Air" ships via Fedex/UPS which I've always gotten duties charges with.

@SUTORAIKUmedia Thnx for sharing this video. I was wondering if you have any idea about how much would shipping fee be if I buy let's say, ant item that weights 300g (0.66 lb) . lol I know you don't work for tenso but maybe you have bought something as small and light as a calculator graphic calculator for example.
@sutoraikumedia75513 жыл бұрын
Tenso has a shipping fee calculator on their website which should give you a pretty accurate estimate!

I was offered (in some text in the website) that they can mark your items as used, remove price tags, open boxes and such so you pay less during import in customs.... do you think that's necessary? I am importing nintendo switch controller (the n64 and super famicom ones).
@ElPalcoTigreHermano Жыл бұрын
I mean, is it really so overpriced if you import new items? Do you think it would be more expensive than my own products? I spent in total about 9,000 yen per the items, not sure how much will it be if Tenso forwards those as new ..... anyway, I am willing to do it as a test run. :D
