OR2K!!! For anyone interested or going to Kathmandu soon, OR2K is the best restaurant in Kathmandu. We tried quite a few different places and had to eat there twice because it was SO good! Otherwise, a lesser known but delicious spot is Chick 'N' Falafel. Difficult to find on websites but absolutely great street food and it's right next to OR2K :)
