Hey girl....I'm 72 years old and have always been a huge thrift shop shopper. I can't tell you how much your videos have inspired me, and helped me to look at clothes in a whole new way. I love the layers, and the different prints and checks put together in a really spectacular way. Thank you for the inspirations. I would love to see a Pinsperation video where you are doing this same concept, but with outfits that are out of your comfort zone, but you are learning to expand your comfort zone by using the outfits you already have in your closet to make those "out of your comfort zone outfits."

So many amazing ideas. I like many of your versions way better than the inspiration photos. Even in my 60's I still love lots of color and fun silhouettes in my clothes. I am careful to wear a version for an older person like nothing too short or showing too much. I do love your quirky style and when I was your age I rocked many of the things you love......like real time in the 70's and 80's when I could wear things to show my midriff and legs. Love all your inspiration to fashion, I just do my own version.

The pants from 3:34 I'm pretty sure are from Lucy and yak which is an ethical brand. I understand that the whole point of the video is to reuse what you already have and secondhand clothing. I haven't personally bought anything from them because I try to buy anything that isn't an imediately needed essential second hand. But Lucy and yak is resold frequently on depop and ebay and the brand itself sells factory seconds for discounted prices which is cool to see (because most brands would just incinerate it or send to landfill)

I am your fan from Malaysia & I love to thrift shop too. There is something thrilling and exciting about thrift shopping... we''ll never know what pretty things we'd find on every visit. :) Anyway, I am curious about these: 1) How long does it usually take for you to thrift shop? In my case, it's at least 1.5 - 2 hours, and can be more thank 5 hours! (crazy right..) 2) I am wondering if you have any ideas on how to fit and fix an extra small dress? I found a really pretty dusky pink embroidery anglaise sleeveless dress that I love, but in 2 sizes smaller than my usual size. But since I really love that dress, I just bought it anyway, hoping to get it fix somehow. I can still wear the dress but only manage to zip it up to the waist. I am thinking of wearing it with a cardigan with the dress zipped up to waist, but it would look slightly bulky and a mess at the back because of the unzipped zipper... hmm...
