I have started yoga. I do it once a week. It not only works on helping my body strength its fantastic for making yiu be mindfull. I also spend at least one day a week out in nature.

I actually did once a week therapeutic yoga but I most enjoyed having a strap at lower hip level and doing a downward dog supported by the horizontal bars behind me as I have a balance problem which although with blocks I wobble like jelly on a plate lol... I went from a very cuddly size 14, and I am only a shortie to a toned lean size 8 with excellent posture…and I tried listening to the sounds of my pond the birds etc as I hung my washing out every time...the things you miss when you don't slow down and practise mindfulness i just never realised. But unfortunately health problems and depression had me stopping as I couldn't be around happy people at that time and all my gains I quickly lost, but it was excellent, and I had an older chilled instructor who was very patient with this unco....the thread the needle pose my brain would just not get but in regard to your Shein haul Deborah I had an equally disastrous dress haul...but tried again with separates... I got a lovely sleeveless jewel blue satin top and a quality pair of fitted thighs but flared pants from the knee that feel like leggings but have the look of pull on trousers and a few shirts, so I am glad I gave it another go... read the reviews ...was mindful of the size but didn't go too big ....so yes pleasantly surprised with the shirts after I had a play with them and also a sleeveless white shirt....see we do get influenced by you...

The revlon colourstay lipliner is amazing! I missed out on the 40% off sale though. I definately think that reducing alcohol is of great benefit. I haven't had an alcoholic drink for quite a few weeks now and substitute with mineral water or a 4 Pines beer which is below .5% and very low in carbs and sugar. I am losing weight so much easier now and haven't really missed that evening glass of wine all that much.

That’s great to hear 😍😍 I’m trying to limit the intake of alcohol for many reasons and yes losing weight is one of them too, it’s been a week now and I have to say I haven’t missed it too much, I used to drink as a form of relaxation so I’ve replaced it with herbal tea at night and like you mineral water during the day or a soft drink and I find that I can easily limit those to a glass because even those aren’t too good for us 😅 oh well baby steps… By the way if you like MCo beauty products, Woollies has them 50%off atm, I’ve bought the makeup remover balm that I love, and the multi colour corrector and setting spray to test out Have a great weekend 😘😘

Hi Deborah when reading labels its the carbs you need to take note of not the sugar content, also there is heaps of sugar in soft drinks do not beleive they are sugar free because they are full of sugar much more than red wine. aspermane is a sugar they put in all fizzy so be careful, yes it might not have sugar in it but there are heaps of other names for sugar next time look up all the ingredients on the bottle and you will find sugar cheers hope this helps

Thank you, I figured it would have artificial sweeteners, I guess it’s very confusing knowing which is better, artificial sweeteners vs sugars 🤯 sometimes ignorance is bliss. Thank you for the insight, much appreciated, guess I should start doing more research into it 😍😘😘

The denim dress looks lovely on you. I'll also try to get the khaki shirt hopefully its still in stock. Love the way you used it over the dress as a light jacket. I'm also around your age and feel the same about finding clothes that are fashionable but not wanting to look like I'm trying to dress too young, it definitely is all in the styling, not wearing everything all at once that is on trend but picking one 'trendy' item and keeping the rest of the outfit casual works best for me

I love playing dress up and trying things on gives me a buzz 😁 I find our stage in life very interesting at the moment, old enough to know better but young enough to still want to look good, and finding suitable outfits that meet those requirements is a little challenging in a society that worships youth 😆 there I’m getting off my bandwagon now. Great video. Lots of great ideas :) I just noticed that you purchased cage eggs. Was just letting you know that cage eggs are extremely cruel to chickens. Cage eggs are battery hen eggs. If you can get free range or RSPCA eggs as they care about the welfare of the chickens :)

Wine wins overall 😂. You seem to care of your children's partners which is really nice. I certainly couldn't afford a shop like yours. I only have Brian and myself thank goodness. I wasn't impressed with K Mart myself either. I think I have enough warm clothes for our coming winter. I want the tan trench coat but they only have large sizes left. I hope they re-stock. Yes! Wine is a winner and everything in moderation is great, but it was starting to become a regular nightly occurrence so I felt it better to nip it in the bud before it became a problem. Wow so much to unpack. 1. Love your try on hauls at 48 I’m really trying to find my style and love it. So can relate to all your comments. 2. We have that cat feeder it’s awesome and never runs out. I must grab the water one though thanks for sharing. 3. Love the Costco haul and we will try that Burrata cheese? Do you use these on your pizzas (bocconcini as well)? We have also switched to that bulk toilet paper it’s good and larger rolls. You just share your pasta sauce recipe please? I’m making a basic 🍅 passata sauce today. Great video.
