Last point opened my eyes. Because, an average life of new AC is not more than 4 years and it covers 3 years to break even the gap between cost of inverter vs non-inverter. Plus inverter's AC maintenance cose is high so better to take non inverter ( specially in case of drawing room which is not completly sealed and usage of drawing room ac is much less )
