That "through" bit looks pretty slick! I think I'd be afraid of pushing my SS23 that fast, but that 408 does quick work of a full sheet.

The 408 is a beast, those 23s though have surprisingly good power for their size and class

The SS23 will actually make that inside cut. The feedrate was 150 IPM at 18,000 RPM. The only thing you will need to do is change from two passes to three or four passes!

What’s the market like for making cnc cabinets? Is there resistance to newcomers using cnc vs a carpenter? Is it worth getting into as a small business? Also, what material did you make the face frame out of?

Was the face frame one piece? Or were the stiles and rails joined? If joined, why not make it one piece?

The face frame was built off the machine, it could be cut as one piece but in this case Shawn built it with his cabinet shop jigs and tools which made it very quick by combining machine technology for the box and his shops capabilities for the face frame but we did a video on engineered face frames as well in a later video

Also a one piece would require a full sheet of hardwood glued up, or would take awhile to edgeband the inside plywood edge. Only other work around is some fancy footwork with a 90 degree fold.
