What about sinkers in norway, are grip leads necessary or without grip ones are enough?

I got 6 rods and a rod stand in there just keep messing around with what order you put them in….they will go

Cheers Mart, I’m all within the weight limits surprisingly. Not having to take any bait has saved us loads
