The person who will live there is most likely a chief executive, enterpreneur, technology or captain of industry would wants all of the amenities included.I can see an oil tycoon, tech person, Black American, chief executive officer in this apartment. A house would mean that you pay for the service and maintenance. This apartment is nice with convenience.

Too expensive... Its an apartment so cannot be maximized. The only advantage is value appreciation in Banana island... I think eko atlantic will be more expensive in the future. With 4.5 billion - you can build a whole real estate project in Lagos
