Right...when lights rotate it's in test mode.. What signals whether the fuse being tested is good or bad?

I need to know if I have short when I put the ignition key on how to use this tool as your demonstration is a fuse blown.

If there's a live short, you will hear the long beep and then ten short beeps. After ten seconds, it will reset power to the circuit and repeat this until the short is repaired. In the video, this is demonstrated at the trailer connector at around 2:50.
