Bro, there’s a ton of good barbers in Dublin. I’m a barber and trust me, there’s a high calibre of barbers in Dublin that are well known within the industry. Clipped barbers in Iveagh Fitness Club Menspire - Aungier street and another in Phibsborough Cut and Sew And then you have Hayden Cassidy who guest spots around Dublin now and again. Not taking the limelight away from dan as he is a great barber but just thought I’d let you know of a few closer to home that can deliver great haircuts.

@@Shooooooop warm water and soap and should come off well! The long lasting hold came with that one minor drawback unfortunately. We went back and forth in testing to overcome. We felt in the end that the hold and overall performance was more important, and our testers agreed. Still looking at ways to counter that though

amazing job again and again! you remind me of my brother whos been cutting hair for over 23 yrs. communication is key and getting the client to understand what works and or is best for their shape and specific kind of hair. sometimes we want a certain cut or style and it just isn't possible with certain hair. so it's tough to tell client no that won't work on you. they think you just can't do the cut but it isn't that. the hair needs to be longer or shorter to achieve that style. you're great at getting comfortable with the person 1st and gaining trust and being able to convince them to show you, allow you to do what you know is right for us and not we think is right for us. that's a true artist 💪 God luck n God bless.

Low maintenance? You need to get this haircut every week for it to look presentable. Overgrown looks really bad. Too bad barbers in my area charge $25 per cut (they are really good tho), don't wanna spend $100 per month.

@@John-mj1kk Fair point. I meant low maintenance in the sense that you don't need to spend too long washing, styling and blow drying your hair on a daily basis. Luckily, my barber (Headcase Barbers in the UK) does a deal where for £90, you get unlimited haircuts for 3 months. For £200, its unlimited for a year, so works for me.

Haha I have the same cut, but I live in NYC. Its funny because I used to rock the combover look up until about 1 year ago. I feel like the combover with fade could be rocked anytime, but it may be a little played out since guys started doing the artificial hard part on the side and maybe even sometimes having it extended all the way to the back of the head which I dont like. 🤔 But overall the main thing is to rock what you're feeling at the moment or like. 🙋‍♂️

@@ProtectorOfIsrael Good question. 🤔 In my case I didn't have the longest hair, but having longer hair takes a lot more effort to maintain depending of course on the hair style. I had the combover so I had to constantly buy pomades or hair products in order to style my hair, but now I just shower, dry it a bit, apply a small amount of product and lastly texture it with my hands and im done. 😁
