Jab bhook lagti ho to oos waqt career ko important keyon nahi detay, jo time par khana nahi khata oos ke sehat khrab hoti hai, lekin log ye dheyan nahi detay k shadi time per na kernay se sehat k saath saath muashra bhe khrab hota hai. Isi wajah se muashra mein be-hayai aam ho chukki hai.
