-Workout For Today:
*Hip Abduction Machine (6 x 12) I increased weight at least 10 lbs each set
*Squats (4 x 10) increased weight to...25lb, 35lbs, 40lb, 45lbs
*Walking lunges 4x back and forth (I used a 35lb weight) doing 5 squats at each end!
-15 minute cardio at 4.5 at the end
My legs hurt after this although the workout was simple! Im working on toning right now as I have not been going to the gym consistently! Im also working on balance lol :)
