this is perfect! My scalp is really sensitive and can't take the retwisting or styling so i rock untwisted hair for a while. Thanks for this now I can have a style without the scalp sensitivity from the styles.

Love it. How old was you daughter when you locked her hair? I'm thinking about locking my daughter's, but she's only 3. What do you suggest?

TheSxydredz Thanks. My daughter was 8 when I finally decided to loc her hair. She begged me for about two years, so it was her decision. However, I warned her that having locs is not just a hairstyle you can take out when tired of it. It's a lifestyle change. I also told her that if she ever wanted to get rid of her locs, I will shave her head bald, lol. She still wanted locs, despite my threats :-). So in the end, it was her decision and I accepted it.

See my son is 5 and has had lis since he was 3 and that was somewhat his decision because he hated getting his hair cut, so I asked him if he wanted to loc his hair like mine and he said yes, so I did just that. My daughter has been asking me too, but my husband thinks that I should wait a bit
