Definitely a grand mansion! The rooms are large and versatile. The chandeliers, marble floors, etc are nice touches. 11:11 - That mezzanine area is ingenious and not something you see everyday! 11:35 - Dormers should definitely be added if that attic is to be converted to a third floor. 13:53 - think three people would take a bath together? 14:12 - A bidet, what next? The metric system? Looks like the house was built by non-americans.
