i have sleep paralysis and it usually happens before falling completely asleep, like my body is already asleep but my brain is still active. usually i would watch YT videos until im really tired then i go to bed. but it would meant that by the time i fall asleep, it's almost 4-5am already. I'm always jealous of those who can fall asleep quickly 😢 last night, i had to wake up early the next day, so i forced myself to sleep early. but then IT happened. i was terrified. pull on the first bedtime story i found (just so happened it's this one) and i focused on the words until i slept. thank you so much. insomnia + sleep paralysis is not a fun combination. your story helped me a lot. even though half the time i dont remember what the story is about 😂

Hey,i get lots of sleep paralysis too and it felt like it grew worse as the years went by but in the past few weeks i've learnt how to "control" them. I don't know if i might be of much help or if this will work for you as well but i learnt that for me i mostly get the paralysis when i go to bed too tired or with a super low mood. I started a routine..made sure i showered before i go to bed(warm water) then did a little meditation,you could do that by the help of lovely videos like these ones or listen to those guided meditations..lasts about 10 minutes..then after i'm done i'd drink a glass of water then sleep..🥹doing all these worked so well and i it's been a while since i got the paralysis. I pray you get to have good night sleeps because we all deserve that!
