Short Track Racing Highlights: Caraway Speedway Challenger Division Rusty Harpe Memorial (7/6/24)

7/6/24 saw #CarawaySpeedway honor the memory of 90’s/00’s regular and multi time winner at the track Rusty Harpe. This has been a tradition that started after Rusty tragically passed away in 2006. What better way to honor him then to turn the always exciting Challenger Division loose on 4th of July Weekend!
Race Summary: the race saw newcomer #92 Lane Woods on the pole with #BowmanGrayStadium regular and 2023 Sprtsman Champion #94 Chase Robertson to his outside. The 92 of Woods would take off and not look back as he lead all 71 Laps. The only caution was at Lap 45 for a competition caution. #92 Lane Woods would get the on track win but the tech shed would say other wise as he was disqualified for running unapproved tires. Therefore your race winner is #50 Ross “Boo Boo” Dalton!
