I feel for anyone that has ever gone through anything like this. My dad abused drugs and alcohol and died at 48. Very abusive in every way you could think. Oddly enough they were time it seemed he was kind. Being a father myself i could never treat my child the same way. It did make me very mean and angry for a long time and took years of self therapy and almost dying to calm down to change and now looking towards God as well. Be better and do better what ever it takes. ❤

My heart breaks, I could not fathom spending 9 months getting to know my child growing on the inside, spend 12 hours in labor, and all the extra stuff to not love and nurture my child. I pray for this lost world! We need Jesus!!

Boy I could remember being told I'll give you something to cry about so many times and they did they gave me much to cry about my dad was quite abusive I'm not going to get in the details but now that I'm 40 years old and he's about 60 actually I'm a little older than 40 years old they're only 16 years older than me they had me when they were babies themselves but I can tell you though after I healed myself from my childhood wounds I was able to have compassion on my father and now we're quite close

This happened to me but it was my neighbor beating me and my parents didn’t do anything… me and my neighbor was rough housing when we were younger and ig his dad had enough and hit me and said that exact line “I’ll give you something to cry about”. Good thing he’s in prison now😀
