so 3 eggs that my 9 year old daughter ate as a snack before the rest of dinner was served (happened just this week. she's hungry) plus an absurd amount of butter and from what i can tell even more creme fraiche, so it's eggs and gallojs of really greasy milk. oh and he never stopped stirring. truly masterful. couldnt have done that myself. being a cook really is just being a house wife with slightly more expensive ingredients and using twice as many kinds than needed. add to it some extra work steps to make yourself look like you've really worked hard for the meal and that you had to learn for a very long time to perfect your skill, and your 3 star chef will be extraordinarily pleased. my wife did this in less time using less effort and fewer ingredients whilst also looking after our baby while i was sick. sometimes i'd also give it a try, but i lack her skills and especially speed. it just makes more sense for me to do the laundry because i am stronger and run faster up and down the stairs 3 storeys, also lugging around the vacuum cleaner. but watching this gave me nothing to close the gap so she can eat sth good for a change when i have to cook for her when she's sick. i already know how to make scrambled eggs.

Ive seen him cook scrambled eggs in a different show and he did slightly differently. I must say that salting the eggs when they are starting to thicken is really good tip. And if you want fluffy eggs, just whisk them before you put them in a hot pan, where is a bubbling butter already. Then its a really quick process, but the eggs are truly fluffy.

Trust me guys give it a try. They may look runny but this is actually a really classical French technique of cooking eggs.And it tastes absolutely delicious I tried it the other day and it has so much more flavor.Don’t knock it till u try it remember

My boss said something that stuck with me, eggs are the one food you'll eat the rest of your life in the way your mom made them for you. He's right because I love cheese omelettes where the cheese runs out and gets crispy, I love my over easy eggs with a crispy bottom, that's how my mom made em for me and I'm a chef for 20 years

​@James Cooper I tried his recipe once, and now it's the only way I make scrambled eggs. I can't get Cream Fraiche at my local store, so a little dollop of mayonnaise does just fine. Delicious!
