When we have a patient with a chronic problem, it is important to prevent pressure sores or bedsores.
And to do that, we need to first identify which patients may develop problems.
The Braden scale helps to assess the possibility of developing pressure sores.
The 6 parameters are explained here in a minute.
The scoring system is also explained.
