Again.....a dumb interviewer who is not intelligent enough to ask proper questions. Who were the first people on the scene to rescue? How did the rescuers know they had been hit? Could she see what had happened to the others? How did the weapons attack begin? Who went down first? What happened after she went down? How long was she down before help arrived? What did yhe guyanese army say when they saw what had happened? What did the attackers do right after they attacked? How many attackers? Males or females or both? Why was she there in the first place? She was so young. I'd imagine it was weird that she was traveling with a bunch men......THIS IS WHAT WE NEED TO HEAR.

One thing that is on the minds of family members of concerned people who weren't able to go into Jonestown had said that both Guyana government officials and Jonestown lawyer warned about how Jones would react to such an invasion. Because Jones had spoken at length over the shortwave warning mass suicide to killing anyone who entered. The ones who weren't able to go into that compound had tried to make sense why Jackie was pushing Ryan to ignore the threats and enter. I'm not sure but how many aids with a Congressman brings their Last Will and Testament with them when they travel. Ryan had legislation he was going to put forward to restrain the CIA.

I think because they were going into an extremely testy situation as it was If they went in with guards etc it would have felt like a hostage takeover from the start which is exactly what jim jones was telling the cult members was happening So of course they couldnt just walk into jonestown with guards etc They had to put their faith that jim jones wouldnt ask him followers to kill them And that backfired on them especially after jim jones caught word that notes were passed to them asking them to help some ppl get out That blew the lid off the gasket i think
