Sadly the dart and the whole set-up looks like a brass dart😕 Dont know how it looks in the flesh but thats how it looks threw the camera😕

Most gold darts do look like brass, I think one of the original ideas for using gold ti coating was to have the same feeling as brass barrels. :)

I already have the shot trapper and apart from the colour, they look very samey. Those all in one flights look like the old condor flights too. Good review as usual and I hope the elbow gets better soon

Barrel shape does not necessarily appeal to me, and I'd need to throw them to be certain if they would suit me. At 45mm they are fairly short (but that's OK, so am I LOL). I'll be very keen to see your review of the BLAZ3D darts, which look right up my alley (straight barrel, grip looks good). Thanks for persevering with the dodgy elbow to continue doing reviews for us all Darren, but don't overdo the throwing. 😁😁

Hi. A friend gave me an old dart board, which dates from at least 2005. Print on the board reads: "Wereldkampioen Darts 2005 Dick Van Dijk." Dick Van Dijk was a world champion darts from the Netherlands. Along with the board 2 sets of darts, hardly used. One set is of the Harrows brand. Can somebody direct me to a site where I can find more information about the value of these (board, and two sets of darts)?

Ouch, that's a hefty price tag for an 80% barrel. Also in my experience, grippy 80% barrels lose a lot of their grip after a relatively short period.

Price difference between 80 and 90 % tungsten billets is not a big difference really. Its all the other stuff that costs, machining, coating, packaging, shipping and importing from another country, distributors profits, retailers profits etc The darts are priced around £43.50 in New Zealand where they are made.

Darren as a pro golfer i have had many problems with my elbow, but i was told to try Chelated Zinc , I have never looked back, take one every day still now and would never stop as the elbow problems were excruciating , you can get them from Holland and Barrett's

Its a nice shape and length for me and at a good price point for a shot dart. I like the extra length on the points too. Might wear green tinted shades to change the colour of the barrel though. 😁

They both have tapered fronts/noses but many barrels can have a taper in some way, some have very short, some long etc Even some bull nose darts can be flat or have a slight taper. Thats if you are just describing the nose or the whole front section. I would say those 2 darts are tapered front and rear though, but you can get some with a very long taper like the Bulls Concord darts.
