AK-74M3 will be just fine, the cost to completely change the platform to AK-12 would be way too expensive. Modernizing the old AK-74M is the best way to go.

I really liked the rail system on the vityaz 9mm remake. I'd really like to see them take and incorporate that same rail system into the 7.62x39 model, I can see that being a SUPER hot item for them

Since Kalashnikov is banned from doing business in the US, they may not be able to sue for intellectual property rights either. Otherwise they would have done so a long time ago

As long as they don't do any business outside of the country, Kalashnikov Concerns has no legal recourse since they have no business located in the US. So they cant sue a US based company using that name as long as they keep it in the US.

ACAB 40 That's some weird laws. If you go and search in an international database for companies you will see that the Kalashnikov koncern is listed as an official company. In other words you can by international law not call yourself the same and definitely not use the same logo. It's like an international patent

i bought and paid for an Ak from them and waited over a year for them to produce the item. never came, they got too wound up on their other products and the customers took a back seat. was really anticipating the rifle. correspondence was bullshit, and finally got a refund. i'd prefer the rifle i paid for instead of the refund. but like i said, waited over a year for said item. shame on them.

i just want an RPK and/or AK 400 Series... I understand they want to do a lot of research and development to put a quality product out but they've had plenty of time... I'm a little disappointed. They better hope Trump doesn't lift Russian sanctions because it'll kill them if Kalashnikov Concern returns to our market.

I don't get all the hate in the comments about them using the name "Kalashnikov USA". Who gives a shit. Kalashnikov is just what some people call an AK and the USA is because we are in the US. My God, will you honestly not buy one of their AK's for this reason?
