Don’t buy a single pair of ABR Pro Pants. Buy THREE pairs. LOL I love my 3 pairs. Hemming is perfect. Inseam lengths are true to form. Everything works. Narrower leg than my 5.11 TacLite pants. Even my wife loves the design changes. She should know. I’ve been wearing 5.11 tac pants for over 25 years. It’s All Good! Thanks my 5.11 friends more busting out a fantastic product.

Good pants ! But I still find them far too baggy ! They need to manufacture a pair the same as slim leg jeans and then add all the pockets etc !

I'm a 34 waist in jeans but in 5.11 I go for a 32 and they fit perfect the 34 waist was way too baggy.

I wear 31 in suit pants because I put nothing in pocket but I bought 32 for tactical pants. I need a little room for items in pockets. These pants are also too slim for my dad who likes baggy cargo pants. Edit: material is very light and thinnest among 5.11 pants and I have to wear compression pants underneath in 30 degrees.

Metal d ring is for keys. Strap on rear right is an ode to their original pants designed originally for rock climbing. The strap holds carabiners. Not sure what people use it for in a tactical scenario. Works great to hang leashes off of for dog training.

They look great overall... not perfect. Love the stretch fabric...that's a winner. Actually I love the original deep back pockets of Tactile Pros but never needed that damn strap! Does anyone?!..

5.11 is mountaineering brand first. Strap is used for hanging carabiners.

Not only the deeper pockets.. but they took away the extra fabric on the pocket lip for knife clip durability! I liked how the front and back pockets met up at the same point

Cant stand the back pockets on these and the silly piece of dog leash sewn on there. I prefer the stryke pants simple cargo pockets. Everyone I see wearing the tac lite style pants look like they have no ass because of the weird invisible looking back pockets.

The “silly piece of dog leash” is used to secure a radio. I find it to be quite useful working in fire/ems

A major flaw with these is ankle carry is out of the question. Sucks not being able to carry a BUG because they want a "modern fit look"

I love the modern look. I have the Apex, the stone cutters, and the capital pants. All are not baggy or slim but just right. I wear these pants as part of regular outfits and that's the stealth qualify a lot of us are looking for. To look like someone who isn't even carrying.

Do you need "the thing"? Get the 5.11 Edge Chinos. Otherwise, for people who need to move, these are fine, though I find the Strykes to be even better.
