First of all, Props and respect to Angstadt arms for giving us pcc fanatics everything we’ve asked for. And I do mean everything. It’s as if they listened to all of our gripes about the mp5, ar 9’d, the scorpion, and banshee then delivered the perfect pcc. As long as it’s EXTREMELY reliable with defensive ammo I will consider it as my next pdw, in spite of it’s obscene price. I.V. I look forward to your review of this one. Please be sure to test it suppressed and tons of different defensive ammo.

@Iraqveteran8888....I know this isn't the video but have you ever confirmed your statement on the Hi-point...being used in crimes? I have looked at study that resulted in guns taken in by Chicago P.D....and more high end guns were used, and less Hi-points....as you had previously stated.

If you look carefully many firearms are mix and match. They must all operate the same ie: load, fire, extract, eject etc. The WW2 106mm recoilless rifle has a 50 cal semi, as a sub cal/spotter and it's trigger mechanism was copied by Steyr decades later for their bullpup. Nothing new under the sun. This MDP 9 looks like a lot of fun.

I am interested in a complete comparison between Angstadt Arms MDP9 (roller delayed), CMMG Banshee (radial delayed), Sig MPX. I read roller delayed has issues when switching bullet weights. Sig is proprietary. Not a bad thing, but don't know why I would choose Sig over CMMG. CMMG seems to have the best system: reliability and compatibility (even can use an AR15 lower with PMAG or Glock mags or Colt mags).

Wow!!! The game has just been changed . I have a Banshee 40, and just built a 9mm upper with an Aero Precision upper. I’ve dedicated that build to subsonic 9mm. If I was going to start all over again on my PCC Collection, I would jump on this Angstadt 9mm big time. Seeing this system will make all PCC Manufacturers go back to their drawing boards/ Autocad Programs on their computers 🖥

Need a more budget friendly pistol/carbine? I bought a PSA AKV and I'm blown away with how tight and user friendly it is. Only real negative thing is it's rear sight sucks 😂. I have a thousand rounds through mine and it's still perfect, even the finish is still like new. Happy hunting.

I'm curious if these work with the modified AR 15 echo triggers for 9mm. I'm kind of a brainlet when it comes to these things and couldn't tell if the bolt carrier had the FA profile or not. I assume it doesn't, but I am interested.

Very cool but I was kind of hoping it would have magazine well module so you could run either glock mags or HK MP5 mags with a switch. I love these sub caliber guns but much prefer curved banana style or strait mags instead of the slanted glock mags. Its cosmetic so it doesn’t matter much, I was just hoping I could use my HK mag stash with it.

You mean its an MP5K barrel. I'm guessing these are offered in the 5.8" mp5k barrel and the full size MP5 8.9" barrel. I'd rather have the ~9" barrel

Cool concept, but the price makes it obsolete. There are plenty of options now in the PCC atmosphere that are great deals and with the PSA mp5 on the horizon, there's really no point in spending over $1500 on a PCC. Stribog is pretty much all you can ask for under $900, almost all the new AR9's have lrbho, scorpion is still pretty good. Idk, but every passing day the bugdet boog Bois are starting to get all the nice stuff for a fraction of the cost.

I recommend not going with Glock mags, unless you literally have piles of them already, just go for whatever flavor of scorpion you want, stribog is also an amazing platform just doesn't have a giant aftermarket yet. PSA is about to release their mp5 if you want to wait. If you've got the dough, mpx has some good option and you can have the "military uses this platform" bragging rights. Guess it really depends on your budget.

In all honesty this firearm priced itself out of contention with the pretentious belief that AR controls are worth the astronomical price. Might as well get an sp5 or even better an apc9 if your so incline to have more ergonomic controls. You would be better served with so many other cost effective PCC's on the market than this.

If they made the equivalent of this in 7.62 NATO, forget every other rifle. This thing would be head and shoulders above just about everything. No gas tube to melt from the AR platform, no goofy ergonomics and reciprocating charge handle from AK platforms, and as mentioned superior suppression capabilities. All that combined with the legendary reliability/toughness of the delayed roller system. I want this.
