That interview with Conor was great. I have of course heard of and seen Toor knives, but had no idea they do everything in the US, that they are veterans, and that they are helping the community like they are. That is awesome!

As a Veteran I enjoyed seeing Connor display and relate his experience of love for knives. Also, I lived in San Diego for 21 years. I'm so sold on his overall energy. Besides that thanks very much for the videos you guys at BladeHQ have shared. -Mike Cohen aka ebonyofold

Why? Honest question. Even if only compared to other retailers videos, they're not even remotely informative, just long form ads. At least they used to do testing videos, and show knives actually being used, granted that was 2 or 3 years ago so the entire staff has probably turned over half a dozen times since then...

Connor just stunting around repping those new folders. They are such a nice great group of young veterans that make amazing knives. The 2.0 folders have been knocked out of the park. I've been following Toor forever. It's so awesome to see their products in all the knife stores across America. They're only going to grow and get better but, they will always build quality. PS Thank you for giving him a good segment of the video to talk about his company.

Toor has become a new favorite of mine since I got my first piece - a limited edition Serpent - and totally fell in love with that tanto form factor - planning to build a sub collection of Serpents in my EDC fixed blade lineup.

I just purchased the Toor Suitor today. I have looked into so many knife manufacturers that make “small batch” production knives and Toor won me over. After watching interviews from Connor and learning that even the small details such as the screws being manufactured in house was a no brainer on choosing them as my next EDC knife. I’ll be purchasing the Field 2.0 and hopefully the Admiral if they produce that again

Opinions od D2 steel? Any input is welcome
@emersonb57643 жыл бұрын
I like d2 a good bit. It holds an edge like some much more expensive steels. Only reason it ends up on cheaper knives is because it’s not super stainless. But if you use it like most people use knives, and simply wipe the blade off after you get it wet or gunky, its fine. If you need a knife you can dunk in salt water or mud and put it away wet, then you’re gonna need a different steel.
@danyg0o03 жыл бұрын
@@emersonb5764 gotcha. I was gonna get a Boker Kalashnikov plus and wanted to make sure I'm branching out to "meeting" different steels even if for now I'm getting budget knives due to my age

For a female who everyday carries for self defense and function, Toor fixed blades cannot be beat. Size, concealability, and ease of use are just a few of the positives. If my firearm fails, I know this blade will not.
