My top tube is narrower than my downtube meaning it doesnt fully clamp onto my top tube. Do you do a shim that I could use?

Hey Darren. No unfortunately we don't provide any accessories or attachments for these kinds of situations. The swing arms are designed to flex, so that if you have a small variance in size between the top & down tubes you can still get a good fit. If the variance in size is too great I'd encourage you to return your shotgun seat for our pro model - which mounts at the stem & seat post with zero frame contact.

The screws aren't missing. They're just screwed into the foot pegs already. And they are probably silver unlike in the video (at least mine were).

I am having trouble fitting this my stumpjumper. Is my top tub too steep? The seat does not secure tightly to it because it is tapered.

Hey Skyler, sorry to hear that you are having some trouble fitting our seat yo your bike. That's not the experience we hope for our customers at all. I have seen a few of our seats fitted to stump jumpers before so your tope tube shouldn't be too steep. Here a few fitting tips that should with fitting. If you are still having issues, I would recommend reaching out to our customer care team directly at [e-mail] with some photos of the issues you are having. Fitting tips: 2.0 The first thing I would suggest for this issue is to ensure you pinch the two sides of the Shotgun frame tightly together against your top tube before doing up the top bolt under your saddle. The next thing I'd suggest is to ensure you have a good angle on your seat. By this, I mean that the footpegs are closer to the front of the bike than the seat. The last bit of adjustment to try is to ensure you have the correct pressure on your down tube, this is managed by adjusting the footpeg tensioner - Wind the tension dial clockwise and counter-clockwise to increase or decrease the clamping force. This controls how tightly you can screw the footpegs on. After that, I would place the quick-release bolt in one of the top holes to increase tension on your top tube. In summary, the primary fasteners are the bracket bolt inside the silver cylinder below your saddle, and the quick release that secures the seat to the bike as well as the footpeg tensioner. Hopefully that should help get you and your little on the trails! Cheers, Harrison

You need the pro model. The Adventure 2 down tube is too thick for the KRS1 and KRS2.
