this dude really just made a whole vid just to show off how unbelievably cute his daughter is. You win, Ted.

Okay real talk. Seeing you ride with Hazel is what got me to get my Kids Ride Shotgun seat for my daughter. My daughter LOVES it. Something I'd add: If you have the ability to use a dropper post, that helps a lot with the mounting/dismounting process IMO.

Big time. Dropper is invaluable to have with a kid carrier imo.

My baby is 18m, and i use like a carseat look alike that goes exactly where your child is sitting, and he loves it! He doesn't like playing much with toys. He likes going out, so this has been like a new hobby. im starting to pick up myself bc he really enjoys biking. I think every parent should bike like this with their children

Hands-down the best "kid purchase" we've ever made. My recovery rides double as bonding time and we're able to live car-free most weeks because of it.

Thanks for the amazing video. Watching you and Hazel makes my heart happy. It was so cool to see her running around in Hico. My baby girl is about to be 25, so I get to remember all of those times when she was small. Time is the greatest gift you can give your kids. Cheers to you and Laura and congrats on Hayden!

I always love Hazel riding videos. My favorite memories are riding with my kids. I wish this had been around then!

great video - our daughter was on a Mac ride from 2 years and loves it. So much easier than the seats out the back.

Nice review. Never had that in the day. Always on back. Now all I need is a grandchild and off we can go. Take care, Al

Absolute joy. Thanks for capturing and sharing. Just awesome. We used a Burley for ages 3-5 and should have explored earlier options. Amazing ways to get kids out and teach them the joys of riding. A+

Great to see you back on youtube. The mac-ride looks so rad, and Hazel looks like she's having a blast. I cant wait to ride bikes with our squish and it sounds like I need to get a hard tail in the stable.

Not gonna lie... Totally watched this video merely to watch Hazel. She's hilarious and adorable!

Great video! Ive been riding with my daughter all summer with the kids ride shotgun, so much fun, and makes daycare drop off and pick up that much better!

yea Ted King ! this brings back the best of memories, always a tough choice- park or ice cream, usually both!...plus I fitted a foam cushion (remember the mx bar pads?) to the stem/bar,

Absolutely love this. So nice to ‘see’ everyone. Laura looks great (what’s new there?!!!) - but most importantly I love the family connected nature of this video. My kids are all at camp (in New England, but who’s counting) so we won’t watch this until the end of the month. But I wish I knew about this when they were younger. We managed to get out together and still do, but this would have been great. Tiny nugget? I’m still the last one to take off my helmet on a group ride and the first one to put it back on - if you watch closely you’ll notice that Hazel never really takes off her helmet. Maybe that’s a ‘her’ thing, but I’d bet it stems from her father ALWAYS being ready to roll. See, Ted, we get used to it and it becomes habit. Rock on my friend, peace.

I use a shotgun on a fatbike for my boy. I have drybags on fork mounted cargo cages that I'll use to carry stuff for a change, toys, snacks, towels, bike locks, whatever. It's really the ultimate playground weapon. Longer rides can be rough if they're sleepy. It certainly gets plenty of smiles and looks everywhere it goes!

handle bar tape where the little people are holding on would work well :)))))

This is great, really is. But how are you supposed to outsprint your 4 year old if he or she is always in FRONT of you???
@JoshuaParks2 жыл бұрын
Town line sprint! Put another way, maybe this makes it easy to let the kid win?
