Lots of people do this. A prior friend of mine took them out about 5 times a day though, to play, to walk, bathe etc, and they were fed in the living room top notch homemade food, medical needs taken care of to a T, and they were loved. The only think I personally don’t like is breeding just to make a profit cuz the babies go to different homes and the family is broken apart. Maybe if they were at least a year old it might be different, but they’re taken a few weeks after birth. I will say though that he always makes sure they’re sold to good people that take just as much care as he does. I don’t agree with the business, but at least he’s not like other dog owners I know that just leave them locked up or chained outside all day barely paying any attention

First off, this man is abusing his dogs. He is irresponsibly breeding them and has no reason to do so other than money. If that weren’t enough, he’s breeding females and forcing them to carry large litters at 9 months old. He should have those dogs taken from him. Secondly, these dogs were bred to have a very specific personality. Every dog was. People say, “it’s just how you raise them,” but giving them love and affection doesn’t inherently negate what they were bred for. You need to have specific training tailored to your dog. For example, you wouldn’t put a dog originally bred for hunting in the backyard with your pet rabbit without rigorous training on ignoring other animals, and never without supervision. You shouldn’t get a German shepherd unless you are really committed to vigorous athletic training to keep them from getting bored/ make sure they are mentally and physically stimulated enough to be happy and healthy, and because they are naturally nervous and protective, you have to socialize them, or they will become aggressive. You wouldn’t get a standard poodle and then refuse to train it or let it run. They are athletic and the second smartest dog breed. If you don’t give them enough physical activity and mental stimulation, they will not be happy or healthy. You wouldn’t get a Doberman and not socialize them well around other people because they were bred to be personal protection dogs, so they have a natural instinct to defend their human even when it is unnecessary, which can cause them to injure someone. There’s a reason specific dogs -- standard poodles, labs, golden retrievers, and collies - are the best dogs for service work and why they are exponentially more successful during training than any other breed. It’s because they were bred with certain qualities that make that type of training and the temperaments required to be a service dog a lot more attainable. Nobody who isn’t familiar with training huskies should have a husky because they are a notoriously difficult breed to train with a very specific, unique personality. Nobody who denies the fact that pit bulls (which is a blanket term that includes various breeds, mind you) should have one. Period. No matter how nice your dog is at home, you still need to be aware that they have natural behaviors that have been carefully bred over DECADES or even centuries, and it’s important to make sure you’re helping your dog live up to their potential by helping them work through those natural abilities in constructive ways. You need to be prepared to play to your dog’s strengths and weaknesses in order for them to have the best success rate when it comes to being a good pet.

Defendant shot 3 , or 4 rounds and missed each time- he has no business with a gun

Sad that JJ thinks you can’t carry your own weapon on your own property without a “carry” license.

It’s not sad, it’s the law. If it’s yours, carry it on your name you know?

Hes carrying a gun in a neighbourhood, fires 3 shots at a DOG and one bullet ends up in a garage door that he pays to fix. What if that bullet hit a kid or another person ? I think that guys a bit loopy.

If Drake and DMX had a son it would be the defendant. They are both equally reckless and wrong.

Jude Judy should learn the law. If he's on his property he doesn't need a CCW. If your neighbor has vicious animals that have attacked people before, on your property, that's a damn good reason to keep your gun accessible. Does she really think this man can just say to the dog "Hey, before you decide to attack me hang on a minute so I can get my gun from the safe"? Ridiculous.

Its on the property which is legal. You cant leave the property with the weapon.

-stop the tape--2:20. Wrong.! When on your OWN property, you are not required to have a “carry” permit. So far he is outside his garage. -start the tape-
