The worst team i've seen playing last year was Rome. I still remember the game vs Leverkusen where Leverkussen had like 33 shots to 1 for Rome and Rome was just playing ugly, couldn't even complete 1 pass. Just fouls and playing dirty and time for 90 minutes. And lets be honest, even falling to the conference league is just a failure by itself, so the title is like a loser title. No big team even make it this low to play that. They either lose in the CL or europa league, but falling to the conference league is just a failure.
