At one point or another, many Christians wrestle with this question. What type of music is appropriate for me to listen to? Should I get rid of music that is not Christian?
Join us for a conversation between Jamie Janosz (Today in the Word managing editor) and the author of the Today in the Word devotional Bible study Sing to the Lord, Dr. Brian Lee. We will discuss:
• Does Christian music have a unique purpose?
• Should it matter if the artist or a musician is a believer?
• Is there any music that Christians should not engage in?
• Is it okay to use “secular” types of music in the church service?
• What advice might you give someone who is struggling to honor God with their choice of music?
