Nope. How is still a debate? Look at the coaches that Jerry fired vs those he hires. Wade Phillips, Kellen Moore, Jason Garret, Mike Mcarthy. These guys aren't going to lead a team, rather, they'll coast for a few winning seasons and listen to what Jerry says.
