What LeSean McCoy is not getting right is that it was his coordinators that made who Nick Srianni who he is today.....after they left for their own teams....this team just didn't feel right like previous years....the gameplan was stale...and the creativity from previous games/years was missing. We'll only know how much losing 2x coordinators in one offseason will effect Philly in subsequent years....right now everyone is blaming on players acclimating to a new staff....but how long do you give out this excuse....these are professional athletes...they get paid to do this...no excuses!

I don't get it. The niners had many coaches leave. Robert Saleh leads the Jets, Demeco Ryans leads the Texans, Mike McDaniels leads Miami. And even then the niners under Kyle are doing fine. Nick Siriani does not hire the right people, or has no idea of how to hire coaches. The best thing y'all can and will probably do is hire off the niners. Because the commanders even want to take Steve Wilks. Kyle can make calls, Nick wont make calls.

Because Shanahan works really well in terms of the offensive side: Mcdaniels, Slowik all worked under Shanahan who loves assistant coaches that understand scheme. The defensive side is more Lynch and Shanahan finding the right coaches BUT that defense is stacked with good drafting. I just dont see Wilkes doing well as a HC with Commanders. Much like Saleh has not been able to have a dominant defense with the jets. The niners currently have some blue chips on defense: Bosa, Warner, Hargreave, Armstead Young. I think Mcdonald DC from Ravens is more prepared to be a HC: the guy basically dismantled the Shanahan offense that was averaging 30 pts per game.

Do you understand why? Mike McCarthy has implemented the West Coast offensive system where the quarterback gets the ball out quickly. The Philadelphia Eagles do not even have a hot read, on a blitz, for Jalen to throw the ball to. If you don't watch the Eagles play, you are going to be very unfamiliar with the level of ineptitude that the coach is possessed. Jalen lost his offensive coordinator who was clearly the brains behind the offensive production. Mike McCarthy took the ball out of Dak's hands.

The lack of legit RPO has ruined the efficiency and rhythm of the offense. That is the problem. It's not just about the threat of Hurts running. The RPO with Hurts forces the Eagles to "dink n dunk" and run the ball. The RPO also results in quick efficient pass plays. Quick decision making. Not WRs just running go routes down the field all the time. Too many long development plays always looking for the deep shot ruined the offense. They don't need to adjust but get back to what they do well. The RPO. The defense is another story.

1st, I am a Cowboys fan, so I am enjoying this a little bit. I am a little miffed about the Eagles, which basically have the same team as last year, with a great rookie class. I think Hurts played hurt for most of the season because he did not look the same running the ball. I don't think Hurts is elite, not yet, even though just about everybody in the sports world crowned him elite. He had ONE good (great) year, then he gets crowned. Now, I believe he has the talent to be elite and I like his poise and the way he stays even keeled at the times and his leadership. It must be the new OC, maybe they can get on the same page in the future. Defense? must be the DC.

They had a favorable schedule and some good free agent acquisitions but players play and coordinators coordinate. If you don't have the right personal on the field it doesn't work. I think the HC should offer stability. Sirriani not being able to call offense or defense does not provide that stability. As he finds competent DC/OC, they will be hired as HCs for other teams. Vice versa as he find incompentent coaches, eagles will be trash like this year. Sirriani does not feel like a long term coach.

Siriani came into his role sounding like an airhead, his team got much better when he stopped calling plays, and the coaching was way worse when his OC left, and the bottom fell out when coaching was needed to make adjustments. He's clearly in over his head. The roster has a lot of talent, and was loaded last year. What does his record prove about him? Look at how things went when he was needed to pick the team up, and recover from a grueling stretch and some demoralizing losses. "My argument is this: who are you going to replace him with?"(paraphrased) That's not really an argument - but Acho still answeres her question perfectly. "Maybe the next coach sucks or the players don't like him..." Maybe Siri sucks and the players don't like his coaching. And I don't even take much Shady says seriously - especially regarding the Eagles..
