Hi , im a girl and started workout again just three days back, and also lifting dumbells,and today i noticed biceps developing on my right arm, im really surprised to see thia, i lift dumbell lesser with my left arm so its normal as it is but now im a little worried because i have not taken any protein supplement, and its growing so fast, can you plz tellme whether I'll get in shape and toned body or heavy biceps??? I just want strong biceps

just ask them one thing , why do older women who used to do a lot of household works in their youths (probably your mother also), which includes - lifting heavy utensils of kitchen, the huge jugs of steel filled with water to the neck making them heavier, lifting huge trunks filled with clothes or other household things , on a regular basis didn't get " muscular" and stayed in shape. Those are kind of weightlifting also, but lifting them on a regular basis help them to stay fit

HOPE YOU READ THIS! firstly is HIIT good? is there a difference in the benefits between weight training and hiit? Am 17 and am trying to get lean from last april but have not reached my goal. I just stumbled on your channel ystrdy and have been binge watching them. I have a gym membership and had a trainer in the beginning for 5 months but he was just greedy for money and it didn't benefit me a lot as i was still the same also due to college and exams i had to take breaks in between but now i have 3 months of vacation and determined on losing weight and getting fit. am 67 kgs and 5'3. I really need help and advice on what should i exactly do i have started eating healthy and will be following your pcos diet since i suffer from pcos. i have been bullied all my life for being overweight and i really want to lose weight i am really passionate about fitness but don't have proper guidance. please help me and tell me what i should exactly do!

alina patel HIIT is High Intensity interval training Its like working for 30 secs and resting for 30 secs Weight training is Lifting weights and targeting the muscles Its gonna make female body more beautiful Weight training must be incorporated in ur workout sessions for faster fat loss and it will give u a toned body

This was actually super inspiring. I do some very light lifting and use gym equipment, but I'd love to put on more muscle. I hope eventually you make some videos with specific workouts or exercises I could refer to! Right now my workout is around half cardio and half muscle building, but I think I need to up my resistance training game :)

Mam i m from new delhi and here all gyms are open so i used to go gym everyday and for diet plz have gluten free diet avoid wheat, daliya, semolina, u will surely loose weight and your pcos pcos will be managed completely

So I'd start with the upper back. 3 sets of lat pull downs 3 sets of double arm rowing 3 sets of one arm rowing Chest: 3 sets decline dumbell press 3 sets incline 3 sets chest fly Arms : 3 sets bicep 3 sets tricep Everything low intensity, because this is a high volume workout. So rep range of 8-12, without going till failure in any set :)

Hi ranveer...again a great video! but I have one question this time...I m doing cardio in terms f running from past 6-7 months ( about 30 km per week) and I don't go to gym so for weight training ...I use dumbbells of 4kg for doing some exercises for arms and legs. I would like to know some workouts which I can do at home?

+Preeti Anthal Hi Preeti! Its very essential that you start doing weights/resistance training soon. I'm gonna be coming out with a series on dumbbell workouts soon. But for now, you can go through my workout series. I've covered the basics of free body form and a few basic dumbbell exercises
