The sentencing guidelines in most states of the USA are the same as here. NOBODY goes to jail for this sort of offence if its the first offence. The reason for this is because ITS ENDEMIC. Millions across the world are viewimg it. We dont have the jail cells.

Lack of available prison spaces is not a justifiable reason to allow crimes to go unpunished. 'First offence' - you forget there are victims in these crimes. There is no requirement for a victim to suffer multiple incidents of SA before an abuser is convicted.

What about the Children? I was once one of these Children. know one then or now looks after my mental health and what all these things do to you. Two or three years old, but by the time I was 4 yrs old, (I worked out my age). As i got older I knew this isn't right I neither had a voice or anyone to talk to, with not much of an understanding of what was happening either. I still now feel the utter disgrace that it brings to my thoughts, like a piece of trash no one wants. I was given a life sentence. There are so many of these people getting away with it.
