@@heartbenefitsexercisesforh8276 well done, I appealed all my 3 PIP assessments, the first one went to tribunal, each time my award has being increased. I am in the process of getting my claim looked at again by the DWP, I might end up on enhanced for both.

@@heartbenefitsexercisesforh8276 I must confess, I intimidated the assessor, I set up twin cassette recording, and made it very clear that a transcript may be used at a tribunal case, probably the reasons I won at MR. I made it clear in my MR that I had recordings too,

Really think there should be three rates for the mobility side. Higher rate being for those that are completely wheelchair bound etc.

Just had mine ,scored zero ,on every thing I'm suicidal ,after all the mental health issues iv had /got they say theres fuck all wrong with me ,so do I appeal ,what's the point ,,, now wheres the whisky and my depressants fuck them taking over my life I'll take my life ,my decision no ones helped me ,good luck to anyone else

I had my interview over the fone I’ve got very poor mobility and I felt I would have gotten the extra points had I been seen face to face

I also had a phone assessment and the woman made me feel so comfortable but they used that against me and said "you sounded fine on the phone and we feel there is nothing wrong with you so will not be awarding you pip at this time. Fuckers!!

Thank you for your video it’s made me stronger in my mind to appeal … I don’t know how they judge us from a hour assessment on the phone… I suffer with depression anxiety and other health issues and was on the enhanced rate but now they’ve knocked me down to the standard rate which has given me more Anxiety .. can you appeal once again with the judge decision … your son so deserves the enhance rate🥲x

Yes definitely appeal because the good thing is over the last few months they have been told to reconsider the mental health appeals, too many people just give up so you appeal and I wish you all the best my friend

Thank you so much for this video. I have just received my rejection letter after 4 months of waiting. It was the most offensive and rude letter I have ever received. Suffice to say I am appealing as almost every reason they gave NOT to award me PiP, I had a very good reason to contest it. One quick question if you don't mind, how should I go about appealing baring in mind this is th first letter of rejection I have had from them? Do I phone them or write ? Many thanks

Phone them mate and say you want a face to face appeal, it is daunting facing 3 people but I was amazed I actually won the higher rate, let me know how it goes and if you need any help let me know
