About Dr Maria Daves:
According to the difficulties each client is experiencing and the changes they want to make, Dr. Maria blends the cognitive-behavioural, systemic, and psychodynamic techniques to develop a personalised formulation and treatment plan for them. She frequently uses dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), compassion-focused therapy, and schema-informed treatment techniques. The approach used by Dr. Maria is based on an ongoing psychological formulation, or joint knowledge of the challenges a client is facing right now that has been arrived at via investigation and reflection.
