Should I Buy A Home With Cast Iron Pipes?

I bought a house from 1915 with all cast iron pipes, then I had a problem of cloged pipes so I just rent an electric snake at Home Depot and it removed the clog easily, so I am still using the cast iron pipes with more than a 100 years old and had no problems even if they are not in good condition as a plumber would like.

Your house has a sub floor so abs repipe is super easy remember every foot waste line should drop 1/4 inch every foot.

Good video thaank you. My cast iron pipes look really great for some reason. Home built in 1966. They are in a soft pumice-like material and the house was engineed after the fact to take the load using caissons.
