Had a strong feeling that printer wasn't gonna work out for like 12 different reasons. Also still can't believe the space you have for $40/month if I remember right. It's huge and nearly unoccupied with Macs and everything. There's many other things in these videos that you make look like luck but I'm sure it's because you're putting in the hustle to find these opportunities. That said, I don't know how this channel isn't exploding with how interesting and informative it is plus production quality and all the other social media you do. I'm sure it's coming so I'll feel special being here early. It might even be an issue if the Austin startup scene starts noticing...

Hey Paul, appreciate the kind words, means a lot! I got really lucky on two occasions so far I'd say. 1- finding a place to live on day 1 and 2- finding this office space with macs. Originally I was planning to use the library for computers to start but it was closed during covid so I really lucked out here. The space is a coworking space so it's not actually my whole office but I have access to everything and there's pretty much never anyone here because of covid. In terms of the printer- yea was too optimistic on it, but it was worth a shot lol!

What kind of validation did you do before committing to the coffee? Did you/would you post ads or other marketing beforehand see if they get any interest? Keep the vids coming!

Hey great question! I did some market research using different tools like google keyword tool, google trends, sem rush AMZ Scout etc. If I didn't have such a tight deadline I might also run some tests- but I don't have enough time to do that so we'll see what happens and then adjust if needed.

Can anyone explain? Does the guy have an issue with being touched or something? I'm just realizing the girl is his girlfriend, well.... I'm not sure, but, if she is, he shows absolutely no affection to her. All this time I thought she was an employee he found annoying. On a previous week, when she tried hugging him, I thought: "Oh, his girlfriend is going to be so pissed with this girl. But he acted well completely cutting her off". Now, because of the FLOP I realized (again, still not 100% sure) she could ACTUALLY be his gf! WTF??
