Should I fix up my house or sell it as is?

My problem is it’s an old house, I’m seeing things like plumbing and possibly termites. It’s an old old subdivision. Wood old around the house. I don’t want to fix anything knowing they are gonna redo stuff anyway 🤦🏾‍♀️

You could always list it as is and see if you get a price you are happy with. I would reach out to a local realtor or investor, better yet a local realtor that is an investor. I'm located in St. Louis, MO - Mike Slane with House Sold Easy :)

My house built in 1950 needs plumbing and electrical work. Could it be sold “as is” ? Wouldn’t we make significant more profit on house if we can find the money to repair it acceptable level? How can I know if it will pass inspection? Do I go by what the repair people say on that?

My house is a nightmare. Needs lots of work. Roof, foundation, trees need to be trimmed , old plumbing pipes, patio, attic insulation, cracks in the brick, and the grass has turned into dirt. The only thing new is the air condition, water heater, and laminate flooring. Thought about selling as is. Cant fix it all due to medical debt. I feel it will never pass.

We fixed the important stuff like...new roof, new central air, new hurricane windows , new hardwood floors, new fireplace , new appliances, new bath fitter bathroom and we going to paint the exterior. If they bitch about anything, they can move along. Heck, the property it sits on is worth more than the house now......lol

It is always better to do the repairs if you want to receive the monetary benefit or someone else will come in by it cheap fix it and get the benefit.

My sister passed away n her old house n old swimming pool was outdated. I want to sell her house. I did fix up like paint interiors n exterior house. Resurface bathtub n sink. But her swimming pool have lots of problem. Can’t afford to fix it. Afraid no1 offers her house due to old house n swimming pool. Very stressful for me. Please help
