Thank you so much for this. I just had a baby from a Muslim man 3 months ago. We were engaged through the pregnancy but I gave the ring back when when he threatened me. Sometimes I regret that decision if I feel alone but listening to this makes me more confident in not staying with him. The Bible teaches Christians to only marry Christians. If someone gets married while they are lost but later come to faith in Christ, they are encouraged to remain married if their lost spouse is content to remain married. It may lead to the lost spouse's repentance and salvation in Jesus Christ. Besides being equally yoked and wanting to be with someone who loves Jesus our first love, it is really important to marry a Christian. We are called as women to respect our husband's leadership. Also, he will be the father if any children are created. He will lead the household and family. This is a major reason why a Christian woman should only marry a Christian man. It doesn't just affect us, but our children as well. He could lead the children to sin. We love and care about Muslims, but we don't worship the same God. We should seek their salvation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Islam teaches against the Biblical Jesus. I don't see how a man and a woman can build a life together if they have completely different beliefs. One will have to compromise, and we can never compromise our relationship with Christ. Marrying a Muslim is no difference marrying an agnostic and atheist person, it brings so much heartaches, pain and full of sorrows. I was married to an atheist, narcissist and a psychopath person who made my life hell. Abused me so bad that I have to leave him and took my son with me and went to the women's shelter. I left penniless, no car no job with a little child to raise. We got divorced and he remarried But the harassment, stalking and horrible things he's done to me continues until his death. It was so horrible I resorted ending my life it was so painful especially I had no immediate family around to help me. But thank be to God, He was there with me the whole time and gave me mercy and grace to live for Him. I really learned my lesson to not marry an unbeliever. To note, when I was still married with my husband I shared Jesus Christ with Him, he just laugh at me told me I am crazy, he was being argumentative and defensive. So I stop sharing but he was constantly in my prayers until his death. But during my painful experience with my ex-husband, God spoke to me, to forgive him and love him it was not easy but I had to do it. Glory to God He had set me free.

I've listened to this interview couple of times already tearing and crying every time. My 18 years old daughter who was raised in Christian home just married a practicing Muslim man. We put our hearts and souls into raising our children for Christ, by homeschooling them, attending church several times a week, serving others in the ministry, and reading and memorizing Bible with them. She fell in love and would not listen to our pleads and cries. I'm heart broken and often cry. This testimony gives me a glimpse of hope, that at some point in her life, she'll come back to her senses and returns to find Jesus Christ as her Savior.

Became a believer in Jesus as an adult. Growing up in this cult was not easy for me. As a female, I faced a lot of struggles and mistreatments from my own family. So thankful to Jesus for rescuing me from this madness called Islam. I speak to many Christians and it baffles me that most of them have very little idea about how dangerous Islam is. I spoke to a Christian woman once who calls herself a Christian, but was dating a Muslim man. I grilled her for about half an hour about Islam and the dangers of it. She realized from my anger that she is not going in a good direction. Later I heard she had a talk with the man she was dating and told him unless he accepts Jesus as his Lord and Saviour, she won't marry him. The man was humble enough to agree to be counselled by a pastor. I speak to other Christians and warn them against Islam. Especially if they have unmarried friends, children, colleagues or neighbours who could be brainwashed by a Muslim person by deceiving them with love (remember the term 'love ge-had'?) and then marry them. It is not going to be a good thing for them if they choose to do this.

I’m a Christian married to a Muslim man. Had I know what I know now I would’ve probably not married him. When I was in college I was told Islam was a peaceful and loving religion. Luckily, my husband isn’t devout at all. I’ve never seen him pray once, he eats pork, drinks beer, and will occasionally attend mass with me during the holidays. She has accepted she made a wrong decision, has repented to God, and apologized to her parents. If anything at all, Terese appears very grateful that God saw her through those tumultuous years and she left without any bodily or mental scars. (2) She wasn't a Christian at the time she made the wrong decision...unless you believe in the "Once Saved Always Saved" doctrine. (3) I understand that people are responsible for the choices they make in the flesh. However, spiritually speaking people living in rebellion to God and addiction to substances are firmly under the grip of the devil; hence, they can't help themselves until they HEAR and BELIEVE the Gospel of Christ. She asks "should I marry a muslim" which means that even if she is not Christian, she did not take the time or interest to investigate what islam is and took it only on face (penis) value. That is all that mattered. Will she do it again? Yes. Why? This is the exact situation I am in. I was born Catholic and married to Muslim without my father's permission, I was convinced by my inlaws that there would be no problem as we worship the same God, but since I wasn't spiritual I went ahead and married him. I was eager to be a practicing Muslim but I had several encounters that drew me back to Jesus, whenever I shared with my husband the dreams he just said since I was born Christian those dreams weren't a big deal. I have been on and off Muslim whenever I decide to follow Christ he could become harsh, don't talk or even sit near me, never talk to me and when he talks be intimidating the situation was at first scary that I had to go back to Islam but in my heart I was convicted, hopeless. Five months now I decided to go back to Jesus, reading my bible and praying in the name of Jesus I gained peace of heart but my husband became bitter, nothing I was doing was good to him, he no longer called me his wife and he has a divorce plan, looking forward to communicating the situation to his parents and decide what best for him. I thank God he has helped me not go back to Islam despite the hard situation I am experiencing I also pray with my kids despite them being pushed to go to madrassa, only praying that God's grace comes upon him and my children for them to follow Christ. Terese prayer situation is exactly mine I start praying after I finish my husband praying his way. All I believe is that Jesus's kingdom will reign forever. This testimony has moved me spiritually.

Of the few married Muslims women I have met from the Middle East.. I haven’t seen a healthy marriage. One friends husband is always gone in the evenings after she gave birth to her daughter. She can’t confront him. Another was surprised that my husband and I go on dinner dates after the marriage. And another just said that her husband sees other woman and this is expected. Divorce is not an option because once you are divorced you are viewed as being an immoral person. And divorce does not seem to help the women very much.

This would have led to conflict so I decided to only approach the subject through the Holy Spirit durr shoulda been obvious LOL. Partly it is her as, like many Muslims, she knows very little about the life of Mohammad. I said to her, "What about the rapes?" and she said "What rapes?". I said "What about the armed robberies?" and she said "What armed robberies?". But she has a positive experience of Christians. Should I Marry a Muslim Man? NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS - EVEN IF THERE IS NO ONE ELSE. Very, very very sadly Pastor Faridi is right that this teaching is somehow lacking in the church at the moment. Even the Bible passages that convey this message sometimes seem to be talking about something else. For example, "do not be unequally yoked." seems more to do with a working relationship than marriage just looking at the wording.
